Welcome! This website is run by Northern Lights Athletics (“Northern Lights,” “we” or “us”), a cheer and tumbling gym at 250 Marlboro St, Keene, NH 03431. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy and texting terms.

Schedules, prices and dates

We work hard to keep everything on this site current, but class times, prices, team practices, competition dates, team calendars and events can change. Sometimes a change reaches families by text, email or the gym before it reaches the website.

• FullOut, our family portal, is the official place for class times, registration and billing.
• If something on the website doesn’t match FullOut or a message from your coach or the front desk, go with FullOut or the message, and let us know so we can fix the site.

Registration, payments and waivers

Signing up for classes, teams, camps, parties and events happens in FullOut and is covered by the registration agreement, waiver and policies you accept there, not by this website. Payment schedules shown on the Parent hub are a helpful summary; the amounts and dates in your FullOut account are what’s actually billed. Payments at the gym and gift cards go through Square.

Safety comes first

Cheer and tumbling are active sports, and like any sport they carry a risk of injury. Every athlete needs a signed waiver on file in FullOut before taking part in anything at the gym.

• Information on this site, including skill descriptions, class notes and anything the AI helper says, is general information. It isn’t coaching for your specific athlete, and it isn’t medical advice.
• Please don’t try new skills at home without a qualified coach and proper mats and spotting.
• If your athlete has a health concern or injury, talk with your doctor and let your coach know before class.

Parent hub and Coach hub

Some pages are password protected. The Parent hub is for current Northern Lights families, and the Coach hub is for Northern Lights staff only.

• Please keep passwords to yourself and don’t share private pages with people outside the gym.
• We may change passwords or remove access at any time.
• Staff forms and resources on the Coach hub are for gym business only.

The “Ask Northern Lights” helper

Our website helper uses artificial intelligence to answer common questions from the gym’s own information. It’s handy, but it can make mistakes. For anything important, like a schedule change, a payment question or a safety concern, please confirm with the front desk at (603) 945-0048. Please don’t share health details or other sensitive information with the helper.

Photos, logos and content

The Northern Lights name, logo, team names and banners, photos, videos and written content on this site belong to Northern Lights Athletics or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, reuse or post them elsewhere without our permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome!

If you see a photo of your child on the site and would like it removed, email info@northernlightskeene.com or text us and we’ll take care of it.

Using the site respectfully

• Please only submit forms with real, accurate information about yourself and your family.
• Don’t send spam, try to break into private pages, or interfere with how the site works.
• We may remove content, block access or decline a submission if the site is being misused.

Links to other websites

This site links to and embeds services run by other companies, including FullOut, Square, Jotform, Google and our social media pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

The legal part

We provide this website “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will always be available, error free or completely up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, Northern Lights Athletics is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, this website or relying on information in it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law that can’t be limited, and nothing here changes the agreements and waivers you sign in FullOut.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
